9h contemporary is pleased to showcase CC 034, The fourth instalment of an extensive new series of works that explores the boundary between the rendered image, photography, flatness and depth. 

This series is a very deliberate journey into works that seek to erase boundaries between images and sculpture. This work seeks to examine  the effect of colour on the perception of depth. Its use of a singular colour, a cobalt blue in this case, that emphasises the static composition. Within the colour field however one can notice a "grain" of materiality that provides a sense of depth.

Original artwork is a limited run of 10 prints. Made in Australia.
